Marc-André Maillet

I have spent most of my life around teams. As a coach, a founder, and a father of three young kids who continue to shape how I lead and live.

My path took me through high-performance environments -- Ohio University, the Montréal Canadiens, and co-founding Beyond Pulse, a technology company built to support youth coaches. Across every chapter, I kept being drawn to the same conversations. The ones happening behind the scenes. About purpose, pressure, identity. The questions leaders rarely have space to ask while they are busy taking care of everyone else.

That pull led me to Co-Active coaching and to starting Acumen Collective.

I work with founders, CEOs, sport leaders, doctors and executives who are already performing well and quietly wondering what is missing. My role is simple: to walk alongside you, ask real questions, and help you stay connected to who you are.
