about me
I’ve spent most of my life around teams — as a coach, a founder, and someone who cares deeply about how people show up for each other.
I studied Coaching Education and Economics because I wanted to understand both how people grow and how systems work. That led me to roles with Ohio University, the Montréal Canadiens Hockey Club, and eventually co-founding Beyond Pulse — a tech company built to support youth coaches and the environments they create.
In each chapter, one thing has stayed the same: I’ve always been drawn to the conversations happening behind the scenes — the ones about purpose, pressure, identity, and change. That’s what led me to co-active coaching, and eventually to starting Acumen Collective.
I work with people who are navigating the in-between: between clarity and confusion, between action and reflection, between who they are and who they’re becoming. Some are coaches, some are executives or founders, some are in seasons of personal change. All of them want space to think out loud and move forward with intention.
Whether it’s through one-on-one coaching or in small peer cohorts, my role is simple: to walk alongside you, ask real questions, and help you stay connected to what matters — so you can lead from a deeper, more grounded place.
If that resonates, I’d love to connect.
